Fabrication

Mechanical Engineering
More than two decades of mechanical engineering and product development, including full machine design for heavy equipment, aftermarket components, chassis structures, jigs, fixtures and more. We’ve designed over 20,000+ parts, from one-off prototypes to high-volume components and machines.

3D Laser Scanning
High-resolution LED/laser scanning for reverse engineering, inspection, and digital modeling. We capture accurate part geometry and convert it into editable CAD files.
By combining rapid and laser scan modes (up to 0.04 mm accuracy), we create precise digital models in OBJ, STL, or PLY formats for design, machining, or 3D printing. We have hands-on experience with advanced scanning and surface-processing tools like Geomagic Essentials, allowing us to capture accurate part geometry and turn it into editable CAD data.
