We’re responsible for your order until it’s delivered to the shipping address. If it’s lost or damaged in transit, we’ll handle the claim as described in our Shipping Policy.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Mill-Tech for use of the site and purchases made on it.

This site is owned by Mill-Tech Engineering, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. By placing an order, you also agree to our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Information about engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing services, plus select products (e.g., M998 aftermarket parts). Specs, availability, and pricing can change without notice.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Custom orders may be non-cancelable and non-returnable. Inspect shipments on delivery.

Unless we clearly say otherwise in writing, our aftermarket parts are for off-road use only and may be illegal on public roads. Installation may affect vehicle warranty and performance.
Warranty: currently no written warranty; products are provided as-is, except as stated in our Return Policy.

Except as stated in our Return Policy, and to the maximum extent allowed by law, the site and all content/products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits/data/goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the item/service at issue (or $100 if none).

You agree to defend and indemnify Mill-Tech and its people from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

All site content (text, photos, drawings, CAD renders, logos) is owned by or licensed to Mill-Tech. Don’t copy, modify, distribute, or make derivative works without written permission.

If you send drawings/files/feedback, you represent you have the rights to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to provide quotes/services. Don’t send confidential info unless we have a signed NDA.

No unlawful/infringing activity, security breaches, scraping, or reverse engineering.

We aren’t responsible for third-party sites, tools, or their policies.

We may change or discontinue the site or these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.

Michigan law (conflicts excluded). Exclusive venue: Isabella County, Michigan state or federal courts. You waive objections to venue/personal jurisdiction. Waiver of jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
