1) Operator & Acceptance
This site is owned by Mill-Tech Engineering, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
2) What we offer
Information about engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing services, plus select products (e.g., M998 aftermarket parts). Specs, availability, and pricing can change without notice.
3) Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and follow applicable laws.
4) No affiliation
Mill-Tech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AM General LLC or the U.S. Department of Defense. Trademarks belong to their owners.
5) Technical content
Content is informational only and not engineering, safety, or legal advice. Use professional judgment and applicable standards.
6) Orders & pricing (if/when we sell online)
A cart, quote, or email is not a binding contract. We may refuse/cancel orders (errors, suspected fraud, availability). We may correct pricing/description errors at any time. Taxes/shipping are shown at checkout or in your quote.
7) Shipping, returns, refunds
Policies will be stated at checkout or on your order/quote. Custom or made-to-order items may be non-cancelable and non-returnable. Inspect shipments on delivery.
8) Aftermarket parts; use & warranty
Unless we clearly say otherwise in writing, our aftermarket parts are for off-road/competition use only and may be illegal on public roads. Installation may affect vehicle warranty and performance.
Warranty: currently no written warranty; products are provided as-is.
Risk: installation and use are at the buyer’s risk.
9) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site and all content/products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or lost profits/data/goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the item/service at issue (or $100 if none).
11) Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Mill-Tech and its people from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.
12) Intellectual property
All site content (text, photos, drawings, CAD renders, logos) is owned by or licensed to Mill-Tech. Don’t copy, modify, distribute, or make derivative works without written permission.
13) User submissions
If you send drawings/files/feedback, you represent you have the rights to do so and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them to provide quotes/services. Don’t send confidential info unless we have a signed NDA.
14) Prohibited uses
No unlawful/infringing activity, security breaches, scraping, or reverse engineering.
15) Third-party links/tools
We aren’t responsible for third-party sites, tools, or their policies.
16) Changes
We may change or discontinue the site or these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
17) Governing law & venue
Michigan law (conflicts excluded). Exclusive venue: Isabella County, Michigan state or federal courts. You waive objections to venue/personal jurisdiction. Waiver of jury trial and class actions to the extent permitted by law.

Mill-Tech Engineering, LLC designs and manufactures aftermarket parts and accessories for the HMMWV / Humvee platform. Mill-Tech Engineering is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by AM General LLC or the U.S. Department of Defense.
